Privacy Policy

This public site is a demo with sample data: it does not access TikTok account data or store anything about visitors. The working version runs privately behind the operator's sign-in. Until TikTok approves API access it only uses a built-in practice version of TikTok, so no real TikTok data is accessed yet. The sections below describe how it handles TikTok data once connected.

Who operates it

What data it accesses

Only data from TikTok ad accounts the operator manages, after he authorizes access through TikTok's login:

  • Ad account details: name, status, time zone, currency and balance.
  • Campaigns, ad groups and ads.
  • Creative information: Spark post details, images and display cards.
  • Instant Page and Instant Form details: names and destination links.
  • Performance reports such as spend.

What it does not collect

It collects no personal data of TikTok users and does not download lead form submissions. It does not sell or share data, or use it for advertising to anyone.

Conversion reports

The working version also receives conversion reports: the campaign name, the conversion value, a transaction ID and the time. They contain no personal data about the people who converted and are used only to show the operator his own results. They are stored in the same private database and kept until the operator deletes them.

How it is stored and protected

TikTok access tokens are stored on the server, encrypted (AES-256-GCM), and never sent to the browser. Only the operator can sign in to the working version.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting providers may record basic, anonymous visit statistics.

Retention and deletion

Access tokens are kept only while a Business Center is connected; disconnecting it deletes its token. Access can also be revoked at any time from TikTok for Business. Requests to delete any other stored data can be sent to contact@taggspark.com.
